our relationship with the land is as important as those around our own table

farmed in good health

The farm-to-fork journey at Long Table Farm Restaurant starts in the only place it can: our own regenerative farm. Here, we care deeply for the land, the animals it nurtures, and the community that surrounds us. We believe regenerative, small-scale farming is essential for producing the most delicious food, and that it must always be shared.

Seasonal flavors that nourish us all

“when you have enough, don’t build a higher wall-build a longer table”

Long Table Farm is more than a name. It’s the idea of bringing together family and friends. While the regenerative farm is the origin of all that graces our tables, it also inspires our core belief.

We believe regenerative farming grows better food

Regenerative farming focuses on improving soil health, increasing biodiversity and enhancing ecosystem resilience, ensuring that the ingredients that reach your table are the most delicious and nutritious.
