“When you have enough, don’t build a higher wall build a longer table”

our food philosophy

At Long Table Farm Restaurant, we celebrate abundance, community, and the joy of seasonal, sustainable food. Our farm-to-fork approach honours the land, the animals, and the people who grow our ingredients. We take the best seasonal produce we can find, treat it with respect, waste nothing, and allow the natural flavours to shine. Any good chef will tell you: when animals and plants are reared and grown in their natural habitat, with care and minimal intervention, the flavours sing. Our menus are built around the seasons, and we work closely with local growers and producers who share our commitment to ethical, sustainable, and regenerative practices.
